The leather have undergone a special process that includes sanding, polishing and leather oil that gives the soft surface. Scars and marks from e.g., insect bites can be visible and are considered a hallmark of quality. Some obvious structure may occur. The leather will change with use and form a natural patina. Each leather is unique and colour variations may occur. Nubuck leather should not be maintained with care products as this will change the matte surface.
